Fuel Total Systems, a manufacturer of automobile fuel tank components, will invest US$38 million to construct a new manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Kentucky, according to the Kentucky governor's office. The company, a subsidiary of Japan-based FTS Company Ltd., plans to create approximately 100 new jobs with the project that will pay at least $13 per hour plus benefits.
