International Mold Corporation, an aluminum design and build company, is establishing a new manufacturing operation in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The project is expected to bring $6.2 million in new investment and create 60 new jobs.

Located at 865 Victor Hill Road in Spartanburg, the company will be constructing a new 24,000-square-foot facility, with the ability for future expansion of up to 100,000 square feet. The facility is expected to be operational by the end of April 2017. Hiring for the new positions is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2017.

“We are very excited to expand our operations to South Carolina. There is a lot of business potential within South Carolina’s automotive cluster, as well as other opportunities in neighboring states,” said International Mold Corporation Treasurer Michael Lilla.

This $6.2 million investment and the 60 new jobs it means for Spartanburg County are huge reasons to celebrate across South Carolina,” Governor Nikki Haley said.
