DuPont is creating 70 jobs at its Circleville, Ohio, plant with help from $50 million in federal tax credits. The funds come from the Advanced Energy Manufacturing Tax Credit, which provides a 30 percent credit to domestic companies that invest in new, expanded, or re-equipped clean energy manufacturing projects.

The facility recently received a $175 million investment to expand production of high-performance Tedlar photovoltaic film, which is used in solar panels. The new production line is scheduled to begin operating in the fall of 2011.
