DigiCan Printing, a manufacturer specializing in custom beverage cans, will invest more than $8.6 million to establish its U.S. headquarters in St. Charles, Missouri. The project is expected to create 25 jobs.
“DigiCan Printing is proud to have chosen Missouri as our home and national headquarters,” General Manager Jerry Serio said. “During such a challenging year, the warm welcome we’ve received has affirmed we made an excellent choice. The DigiCan team looks forward to getting to work and providing innovative solutions in digital printing that bring growth and opportunity to the St. Charles area and beyond.”
DigiCan used the Missouri Works program, an incentive tool to help companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation. The company will also be making use of Missouri One Start’s Customized Training Program to provide employees with training tailored to their specific needs.
“We are excited to welcome this innovative company to the state of Missouri,” Governor Mike Parson said. “DigiCan Printing’s decision to locate its headquarters in St. Charles is great news for both the local community and the entire state, and we look forward to the opportunities this will create for Missourians moving forward.”
“Companies like DigiCan know that Missouri is the right choice for jobs and investment,” noted Missouri Department of Economic Development Director Rob Dixon. “This provides great opportunities for Missouri citizens, and it enhances our economy’s continued growth.”
