Eclipse Automation, a leading supplier of custom automated manufacturing equipment for industry, opened its new facility in Cambridge, Ontario. The company hired over 120 high skilled team members to accommodate rapid growth.

According to company officials, strategically located at 385 Thompson Drive, the new facility will add additional 30,000 sq. ft. of much needed manufacturing space, expanding the company’s machining and assembly capabilities.

This latest addition will be operational in Mid- December 2017 and will help to unify the company’s offerings, support current and upcoming automation contracts and reinforce Eclipse’s commitment to local manufacturing.

Steve Mai, CEO & President of Eclipse Automation said, “We are excited to announce that Eclipse is growing again at our Cambridge location, adding our 6th building to our campus. Eclipse’s workforce has exceeded 300 members this year, operating through 9 facilities within Cambridge, Ontario, Canada and in Arizona, California and North Carolina.
