Genpact, a business process and technology management firm, is expanding in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The company will create at least 205 jobs over the next three years. It will expand its existing facility by 13,000 square feet to 53,000 square feet and invest $1.7 million.

"Pennsylvania has been a great state in which to do business and serve clients, and we look forward to expanding our operations here over the next several years."

The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry helped the company obtain $802,250 in funding for the project from DCED, including a $300,000 opportunity grant, $92,250 in job training assistance, and $410,000 in job creation tax credits.
