Gartner, Inc., a provider of information technology management and consulting services, will expand its operations in Stamford, Connecticut, according to the Connecticut governor's office. The company is expected to create approximately 300 new jobs over the next five years, as well as retain 861 positions. "We are pleased with the incentives provided by the state of Connecticut and appreciate the efforts by all concerned to support our continued growth," says Lew Schwartz, a Gartner spokesperson.
