Atlantic Digital Incorporated, a specialized information technology company and solutions provider for government, will expand operations in Tampa, Florida. The company plans to create 120 jobs over the next three years.

ADI added more than 80 new employees last year and the company looks to continue that growth in 2022 and beyond.

“2021 was an interesting and exciting year for Atlantic Digital,” said Debbie Roesch, Vice President, People and Culture. “With many real challenges inflicting our nation’s cybersecurity efforts, our clients relied on us heavily to navigate multiple needs. We invested in new technology, increased corporate staff, and grew our solutions delivery team in order to meet our clients’ critical needs.”

Working in the Government/Defense Sector, the majority of ADI’s team consists of highly trained and certified IT professionals that have an active security clearance. ADI has also worked on building a diverse workforce comprised in large part by military personnel transitioning from service to civilian life.

“Tampa has been on a hot streak when it comes to attracting fast-growing cybersecurity companies, but it has also proven to be an ideal place for existing cybersecurity companies to expand given the region’s deep talent base and high quality of life,” said James Nozar, chair of the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council. “We’re pleased to connect ADI with local resources that can help meet its hiring needs and support its continued growth.”

Tampa Bay EDC is connecting ADI with local organizations and programs that produce talent with top clearance and that help military personnel transition to civilian roles. ADI joins a growing list of cybersecurity and IT companies that have announced expansions in Tampa and Hillsborough County, including OPSWAT, Rapid7, and ReliaQuest.
