StreetLinks National Appraisal Services, a provider of appraisal and land valuation services to mortgage lenders, will invest more than $1 million to relocate its facilities to Indianapolis, Indiana, according to the Indiana governor's office. The company, currently located in Greenwood, Indiana, will create more than 320 jobs over the next three years as part of the expansion. "The dramatic increase in our business necessitated adding both staffing and space," says Steve Haslam, StreetLinks' CEO. "It is critical that we maintain our staffing levels to continue servicing our customers beyond their expectations." The company will move into 30,000 square feet of existing space and plans to be fully operational there in March. Incentives offered to StreetLinks include up to $310,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants from the state, continent on job creation; local governments will also provide property tax abatement.
