ICF International, a professional services firm, is investing $15 million and creating 539 jobs in Martinsville, Virginia. The company will locate an operation center for business process management (BPM) there.

Governor Bob McDonnell has approved a $500,000 grant from the Governor's Opportunity Fund to assist Henry County with the project. The Virginia Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission will extend $2.1 million in Tobacco Region Opportunity Funds to ICF. The company is eligible for benefits from the Virginia Enterprise Zone Program, administered by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. Through its Virginia Jobs Investment Program, the Virginia Department of Business Assistance (VDBA) will support the company's recruitment and training.

ICF serves government and private clients with professional services and technology solutions. It serves industries such as energy, transportation, and homeland security and defense.
