Sophion Bioscience unveiled a new 5,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters in North Brunswick, New Jersey, NJBiz reports. The Danish biotech firm produces high-end research tools that are used in labs.
"It has been a little bit tight in the incubator, and I hope this will be a real fantastic thing for the growth and expansion that we foresee during the next couple of years," company President and CEO Torsten Freltoft told NJBiz.
Sophion located in North Brunswick in 2004, in an 800-square-foot lab. That site was in the Commercialization Center for Innovative Technologies incubator at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's Technology Centre.
