Knowledge Services, a technology company that provides workforce management solutions to clients across the U.S., purchased and will use for its new headquarters, 9800 Crosspoint Boulevard, Fishers, Indiana.

This marks a new chapter for the building now called Crosspoint Center, which once housed Marsh Supermarkets headquarters. Knowledge Services will move into the 165,000 square foot building later this year. Crosspoint Center will be leasing all unused newly renovated Class A office space to new tenants.

Renovations will begin soon at Crosspoint Center to create inviting and vibrant common spaces that will include a 300-seat auditorium, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, fitness/wellness center, nature trail, training and meeting rooms and a recreational zone available to the community and tenants.

"While we are living in unprecedented times in our country, we know that this too shall pass and there will be a time when we are able to return to work and to normal routines. With this purchase, we are investing in our community, our company and a hopeful future for tomorrow," said Julie Bielawski, Founder and CEO of Knowledge Services.

"Crosspoint Center is a place where companies, like Knowledge Services, can plant roots, focus on growing company culture and propel their businesses," said Bielawski.

"When the opportunity came to purchase the Crosspoint Center building, we knew we could not pass this property up. This is a chance to give an old building a new beginning and will allow Knowledge Services to relocate our headquarters in Fishers sooner than if building from the ground up," said Bielawski. "We are grateful to Mayor Scott Fadness and City of Fishers officials whose vision and work has inspired a supportive and entrepreneurial culture, where people and businesses like ours can thrive." Crosspoint Center is located in the center of Fishers, known for its entrepreneurial ecosystem, with easy access to the Interstate, Nickel Plate Trail, parks, arts and culture district and a growing restaurant scene.

"In these uncertain times, we look forward to welcoming the Knowledge Services team to Fishers," said Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. "The commitment from the Bielawskis to make Fishers their home underscores their belief in Fishers as place where companies and their employees can thrive as we continue to build a smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial city."

In 2018, Knowledge Services acquired land in Fishers with plans to build. At this time, Knowledge Services plans to hold onto the property they purchased. Knowledge Services will work with the City of Fishers on next steps to amend their Economic Development Agreement according to the change in plans. The building has been almost 90% vacant since 2017.
