Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, a top manufacturer of cast iron and plastic pipe and fittings, plans to establish a manufacturing facility in Maize, Kansas. The $80 million project is expected to create 50 jobs.

The company will produce PVC pipes for plumbing and irrigation applications at the new 134,000-square-foot plant located on the 5800 block of 119th Street West. Operations are schedule for early 2025.

It is also a fast-growing, business-friendly community with an excellent workforce we can draw from to staff our new plant.”

Charlotte-North Carolina based Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company manufactures standard and specialty DWV products, including cast iron and plastic pipe and fittings. The company has seven plant locations across the U.S.
