Perceptis LLC, a leading help desk and customer support services provider to the higher education market, officially opened its new $1.2 million corporate headquarters and state-of-the-art call center yesterday in downtown Greenville, SC. It began operations April 7.
CEO Bill Bradfield said his company already has filled over 25 key positions at the Greenville County facility, and by year-end plans on having a workforce of 100 employees. This past January, the company announced it expected to create 200 new jobs at the facility over the next few years.
Perceptis said it will service a number of new customers from the Greenville location, as well as expand its service offerings to existing clients..
