Arrow Container, LLC, a corrugated container manufacturer, will expand operations by investing $3.49 million in new machinery and improvements at its 80,000-sq.-ft. Indianapolis, IN, headquarters. Currently the company employs 60 workers at the facility; it plans to create 65 more production jobs in the community by 2015.

Headquartered in Indianapolis since its incorporation in 1982, Arrow is a major Midwest manufacturer and supplier of packaging materials ranging from custom cartons to foam and tape. Recently it secured ISO 9001 registration and certification.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IDEC) offered Arrow Container up to $75,000 in training grants based on the company's job creation plans and up to $400,000 in performance-based tax credits. The city of Indianapolis will consider additional property tax abatement at the request of Develop Indy.
