Healthiest Employer, a technology and health analytics company, plans to locate its operations center in Fishers, Indiana, creating up to 90 jobs by 2017. The company will invest $1 million to lease and equip 4,000 square feet of office space, which will be operational by early 2015.

Healthiest Employer will begin insourcing software development from Ohio for Springbuk, the company’s corporate health analytics software.

"We work with employers in nearly every state, but Indiana is where it started for us,” said Rod Reasen, CEO of Healthiest Employer. “We are committed to reinvesting in our state’s workforce and look forward to participating in the local software ecosystem that is garnering national attention. Indiana is fertile ground for harvesting software that lowers healthcare cost and increases productivity.” Healthiest Employer has already begun hiring for software development, business development and project management positions.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Healthiest Employer, LLC up to $1,325,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $75,000 in training grants based on the company's job creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The town of Fishers also supported the project.
