Garver Engineers, a full-service engineering firm that supports such industries as industrial development, construction management, and transportation, will relocate and expand its corporate headquarters in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The $10 million project will include the renovation of a 50,000-square-foot building and will add 120 new jobs at an average wage of $65,000 per year. According to the company, the building will be LEED-certified and will include employee amenities such as an on-site gym.  The new facility is expected to be completed in June 2009. According to a statement from the Arkansas governor's office, the company had looked into locations in other states. No details on financial incentives were released, but the Arkansas News Bureau reports that the company qualified for performance-based incentives from the state.
