ARCO Design/Build plans to expand its national presence with the opening of an operations center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The company’s Charlotte office is located in the Dilworth, South End area of Charlotte at 2137 South Blvd., and is scheduled for opening September 1, 2018. The Charlotte based regional office will support industrial construction projects and clients based within North Carolina and South Carolina.

ARCO Design/Build specializes in large format cold and dry storage, self-storage, distribution centers, speculative buildings and construction projects supporting clients with national presence.
