Heritage Home Healthcare To Locate Regional Headquarters in Las Cruces, New Mexico
04/03/2013
Heritage Home Healthcare was founded in 1993 by Len and Liz Trainor of New Mexico. Heritage recently acquired the facility on 1065 South Main in Las Cruces for the base of its Southern New Mexico health care operations.
“It is fantastic to be expanding once again in New Mexico. Currently serving Albuquerque and Northern New Mexico, we felt that it was important to also have a presence in Southern New Mexico,” said Len Trainor, CEO of Heritage Home Healthcare. “Las Cruces and the surrounding communities have been experiencing great growth and we believe there are many opportunities to serve more patients. In addition, the partnership with city leaders and the pro-business policies promoted by Governor Martinez and the state has also been a help in continuing our success in New Mexico.”
“New Mexico is a great place to do business and I am happy that this home grown New Mexico company is choosing to expand once again in the state,” Gov. Susana Martinez said. “By improving our tax competitiveness, removing red tape from our regulatory and licensing process, and leveling the playing field with other states, we are doing all we can to create a business friendly environment to help job creators hire New Mexicans.”
“We are excited that Heritage Home Healthcare has decided to locate their regional offices in Las Cruces,” said Las Cruces Mayor Ken Miyagishima.“This not only illustrates Las Cruces’ continued growth in the medical and healthcare industry but as a community also reflects our ability to attract headquarter operations as part of our economic development strategies.”
