RoviSys Begins Construction On Holly Springs, North Carolina, Operations Center
05/23/2016
Located at 480 Green Oaks Parkway, and scheduled for completion in fall 2016, the structure will feature attractive, functional design inside and out. Constructed by Bobbitt Design Build, the project includes plans for a unique exterior with outdoor courtyards and striking masonry, an abundance of natural interior light, a fitness room and numerous power saving/green building technologies.
According to company officials, as one of the most attractive communities in the Triangle region, Holly Springs offers an ideal location and ample space for future phase-two expansion.
"The Research Triangle Park area has been home to RoviSys for over ten years at our Apex location,” commented John Robertson, CEO, “and I’m excited that our new state of the art building will be in this rapidly growing global center for the biomedical and pharmaceutical industry. Holly Springs is the ideal location for us to attract the experienced talent we need while expanding our business.”
“The new building couldn’t come at a better time,” said Chris Otto, Southeast Regional Manager. “With 26,000 square feet to work with, our employees will have the space and resources they need to continue to meet and exceed the demands of process and industrial customers across the Southeast United States and beyond.”
