Red Ventures Expands its Manufacturing Facility In Lancaster County, South Carolina
The company, which specializes in strategic marketing for high-growth businesses, also purchased more than 100 acres of surrounding area for future use and development. The new building addition will complement the style of the existing two buildings on the Indian Land campus as well as the Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina. Unique employee amenities include an expanded bistro, beer garden, a larger yoga room and a 21-bike spin room. Red Ventures expects to staff a total of approximately 2,000 employees between its five offices by the completion of the Lancaster County expansion later this year.
"I've never been more excited about the future of Red Ventures than I am today. This is more than a building; this is Red Ventures putting an 180,000 square-foot stake in the ground for meaningful, long term growth right here in South Carolina. This is a bet that the best is yet to come. And I truly believe that,” Ric Elias, CEO of Red Ventures.
"We are excited to welcome yet another expansion from Red Ventures as they bring 200 jobs to Lancaster County. The strong partnership between Red Ventures and South Carolina continues to grow as they contribute to our high-tech business community and employ our local talent,” said Governor Nikki Haley.
"Red Ventures' decision to invest in South Carolina five years ago has led to tremendous job growth and the bolstering of Lancaster County's local economy, not to mention the economic outlook of our technology sector statewide. We look forward to the company's continued growth in our state, “ Secretary Bobby Hitt added.
