Construction To Begin On Denver, Colorado, Tech Center’s 16-Story One Belleview Station
08/13/2014
One Belleview, developed by Prime West in partnership with Goldman Sachs, is the first high-rise office building to be developed in the Denver Tech Center in over six years.
Designed by architectural firm Gensler, One Belleview Station will be part of an envisioned 42-acre, walkable, master-planned Belleview Station transit-oriented development at Interstate 25. This building is expected to attract companies requiring a sizable block of space in an employee-centric, energy-efficient building, which will offer more amenities than the majority of existing suburban office buildings.
The Weitz Company, a full-service project and construction management firm, has been selected as the lead for the design-build project. “The Weitz Company is thrilled to support the development of this mixed-use destination in Denver,” said Bill Hornaday, Executive Vice President of The Weitz Company-Colorado office. “Our superb design-build expertise and exceptional record of achievement in the Class A office market make Weitz a great fit for this expansive project that will add great value to the community. We are excited about working with our long-time clients, Prime West, and the exceptional team at Gensler.”
