Securus Technologies Opens Dallas, Texas, Technology Center

Securus Technologies, a leading provider of civil and criminal justice technology solutions for public safety, investigation, corrections and monitoring, opened its industry leading Technology Center near its headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

"We have created a 10,000 square foot, high-tech facility near our corporate headquarters that showcases over 700 of our products within a single large conference facility," said Richard A. "Rick" Smith, CEO of Securus Technologies. "The facility will be used for presentations to our prison and jail corrections officers/administrators, law enforcement officials, corrections facilities from other countries, government officials, friends and family members of those incarcerated – and even inmates.”

"Our Technology Center concentrates education into one hour to several days of intense experiences intended to showcase how we keep society safe, keep calling rates as low as possible, and keep prisons and jails as efficient as possible," said Smith.
