Clockwork Architecture + Design will invest almost $1.04 million to expand its production center, by doubling its office facility in Kansas City, Missouri.

Founded in 2004, Clockwork Architecture + Design is a multi-disciplinary design studio. The company offers a wide range of design services including residential and commercial architecture and interior, graphic, web, and industrial design. Missouri Economic Development said Clockwork has a growing client base and is breaking into new markets in other cities.

Our goal is to produce an heirloom quality design for each client, while also meeting their schedule and budget targets,” said Neil Sommers, Co-founder of Clockwork Architecture + Design. “Being located in Missouri, we have greater access to diverse economic resources that allow our company to grow and thrive, and we’re very thankful for the support we’ve received from our state and local partners.”

To assist Clockwork Architects + Design with its expansion, the Department of Economic Development, the City of Kansas City, and the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City authorized a strategic economic incentive package that the company can receive if it meets strict job creation and investment criteria.
