2015 Consultants Forum Four or More Advanced Registration Program

For 2015 The Consultant’s Forum has scheduled four (4) best practices Forum events as outlined below. We expect that each will sell out its limited 100 seats maximum as every Forum has since the first in 2006.

The Four or More Advanced Registration Program allows your organization to reserve four or more staff member seats among any of the four (4) 2015 Forums and save an additional 5% over the low Early Bird Registration rates. You can name your attendee anytime before a Forum registration closes.

Terms:

Four or More registrations are guaranteed only upon receipt of full prepayment for the Forums chosen. Please use the registration form to reserve your organization’s 2015 Consultant’s Forum events. Invoicing will be sent upon receipt of your registration. Full prepayment is due 21 days from date of invoice or if received within 21 days of first Forum reserved full payment due before event date.

Cancellation or change of Forum(s) chosen under the 2015 Four or More program must be made in writing or email to annie@areadevelopment.com with a Forum confirmation sent in return. Cancellations of paid Four or More registration is non refundable. Credit will be provided toward a future Forum(s) less any cancelation fee.  Credit for change of Forum(s) dates reserved in 2015 must be used in 2015.
