“We are proud to be joining the Blue Springs business community,” said Xceligent CEO, Doug Curry. “Blue Springs provides a high-quality of life and a vibrant atmosphere that complements Xceligent as a strong and growing company. It’s a community where employees can be proud to work and live.”
Xceligent is a leading provider of verified commercial real estate information across the United States. The company’s research team collects and analyzes data to assist real estate professionals, appraisers, owners, investors and developers in making strategic decisions to lease, sell and develop commercial properties.
“Seeing Missouri-grown companies, like Xceligent, reinvest in the Show-Me State is affirmation that our workforce is capable and our communities are thriving,” said Missouri Department of Economic Development Director Mike Downing,. “Xceligent’s expansion will not only benefit Blue Spring’s local economy, but will have wide-reaching benefits throughout the state.”
To assist Xceligent with its expansion, the Missouri Department of Economic Development has offered a strategic economic incentive package that the company can receive if it meets strict job creation and investment criteria. The City of Blue Springs and the Blue Springs Economic Development Council also partnered with Xceligent on its expansion.
