Home Warranty Services Firm to Create Over 100 Jobs in South Carolina

Cross Country Home Services (CCHS), a provider of home warranty services, has announced it will invest $140,000 to expand its existing operations in Anderson County, South Carolina. The project is expected to create over 100 jobs.

Specifically, CCHS will expand its call center operations supporting home warranty holders who contact the company about claims inquiries or other questions. Most of the new employees will work in the customer service department, and additional new hires will be placed in the authorization department.

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, CCHS helps businesses in diverse industries increase revenue and customer loyalty via home warranty products, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs. CCHS is a member of the Cross Country Group, one of the largest privately held providers of customer service programs in America.
