Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery Expanding in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, with CDBG Funding
04/06/2011
"Wisconsin has the best dairy-related businesses in the world," said Governor Scott Walker. "We will continue to invest in our companies and create good-paying jobs for Wisconsin families. I'm proud we are partnering with the city of Ellsworth and the Ellsworth Creamery in Pierce County."
The creamery will invest more than $4 million and create 25 jobs in five years as part of the project. The expansion entails new equipment for dairy encapsulation.
Ellsworth produces four cheese products at its creamery.
