The company is projected to bring $7 million of capital investment and create at least 10 new jobs.

The company is relocating to expand, accommodate new employees and have capacity for larger projects. Expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2018, hiring for the new positions will begin immediately.

“All of us at LCCM are very excited to move our operations into Palmetto Commerce Park. Our new facility will give us the space we need to achieve greater efficiency and volume. In turn, this will allow us to meet the high demand for our products throughout South Carolina. We are very fortunate to be located in such a business-friendly state that supports job creation and growth,” said Low Country Case & Millwork CEO David Stasiukaitis.

“South Carolina continues to lead the nation’s manufacturing renaissance with companies of all sizes and types finding success in our state. This expansion by Low Country Case & Millwork is great news for Charleston County and the region, and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for this innovative company,” Secretary of Commerce Bobby Hitt said.
