Canadian company J.D. The new division, which will focus on heavy construction cranes, is scheduled open in October with 15 jobs, and up to 50 planned within 12 to 24 months. "J.D. Irving, Limited and West Virginia share similar interests and value," says James D. Irving, the company's chair and president. "We are driven by fundamental values such as quality, service, innovation, and the responsibility to make a positive difference in the communities where we work and serve." The company's business units include transportation, shipbuilding, industrial equipment, and construction services.
