Advanced Technology Services Move To Expanded Operations Center In Greenville, South Carolina
09/23/2015
Scheduled to take place in October, the move to a more modern facility will give ATS’s Greenville operation room to grow. It will also provide staff with a space that is more conducive to collaboration, company officials said. The new facility is significantly larger than the company's current Greenville home, giving ATS the capacity to house up to 100 employees.
"We've been looking for a new space for a couple of years so we can all be on the same floor, which will make it easier to work together on projects," said Tate Pearson, General Manager at the Southeast Regional Office for ATS. "We're excited about the move to our new location; our current building has a lot of walls, and this location has an open, free-flowing floor plan that we know will increase communication. Plus, it has ample room to handle our growth."
The Southeast Regional Office currently houses about 50 ATS employees, including recruiters, salespeople, corporate support staff and employees who specialize in a variety of key functions, such as supply chain, safety, IT and business management. With a growth rate of about 15% per year, ATS expects to add staff at numerous locations worldwide, including Greenville.
"The developer is doing a great job incorporating the original all-brick building features, with a complete interior makeover for a modern, open floor plan," said Pearson. ATS has signed a 10-year lease on the new office space, which is located in a desirable area closer to downtown and is expected to significantly improve office dynamics. Construction is currently entering the final phase.
