UST Logistical Systems Locates Operations Center In Greenville, South Carolina
09/26/2016
Established in 1998, UST is a third-party logistics company that specializes in the delivery of furniture and appliances from a retailer’s warehouse directly to a customer’s home. To accommodate its continued growth, the company is relocating its corporate headquarters to 103 North Main Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
As an incentive, the Coordinating Council for Economic Development has approved job development credits associated with this project.
“We are extremely excited to be headquartering in South Carolina. UST is a vibrant and passionate company; these traits are certainly true of Greenville as well so we feel this pairing is perfect. We look forward to being impactful members of the community,” said UST Logistical Systems Chief Administrative Officer Scott Moore.
“We couldn’t be more excited that UST has decided to establish its headquarters in South Carolina. This $1.6 million investment, and the 50 jobs it means for Greenville County, is a real reason to celebrate across the state, and we look forward to a long-lasting partnership with one of the newest members of Team South Carolina,” said Governor Nikki Haley.
“UST Logistical Systems’ decision to locate its corporate headquarters to Greenville is a testament to the excellent achievements that have been placed into our downtown as well as the collaborative efforts on behalf of our economic development offices and the Greenville Chamber. Greenville County is proud to have a company that values their people and their communities located within Greenville County,” Greenville County Council Chairman Dr. Bob Taylor said.
