“We are excited to expand into Orlando and look forward to adding to the continued growth and technical innovation of the Central Florida region,” said David Romine, AgileThought’s CEO. “Our company is home to passionate IT professionals who truly care about the software we create for our Fortune 1000 clients, and how those applications help drive a company’s growth in a continuously shifting business environment.”
Governor Rick Scott said, “AgileThought’s expansion in Orlando is great news for Florida families. AgileThought considered other locations such as Georgia and Illinois, but chose Florida because we are creating an opportunity economy where businesses can grow.”
“Florida is ranked third among states for high tech establishments and AgileThought’s expansion will add value to that extensive sector. Florida’s strong workforce and low tax structure will help companies like AgileThought continue growing, and I look forward to their continued success,” said Gray Swoope, President/CEO of Enterprise Florida.
This project was made possible through the partnerships of Enterprise Florida, the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
“We’ve seen impressive momentum in our Downtown as it continues to develop as a technology hub for the entire Metro Orlando region and pave the way for the success of the future Creative Village,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. “I am proud Orlando is known as the place for technology companies to start, grow and thrive and I’d like to welcome our newest member, AgileThought, and thank them for their investment in our community and the high value careers they bring for our residents.”
“AgileThought’s expansion is another example of Orlando’s growing advanced technologies industry,” said Rick Weddle, President/CEO of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. “Companies like AgileThought are hungry for our ever-expanding, highly skilled workforce, and they recognize Orlando as a hub of innovation and a place where they can make a difference in their field.”
“AgileThought’s decision to expand in Orlando is evidence that Florida is the best state in which to do business. Florida’s opportunity economy provides for businesses like AgileThought to grow and employ hardworking Floridians. AgileThought’s capital investment and creation of 15 technology based jobs is a win for Florida families and our growing economy,” said Jesse Panuccio, Executive Director of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
