Therma-HEXX Corporation Opens Its New Manufacturing Campus In Portsmouth, New Hampshire
09/11/2014
According to the firm its “system has been described as the ‘invisible solar collector’ because of the unique way it gathers and redistributes solar energy.” The production facility features a state-of-the-art assembly line, and the company expects to employ up to 25 employees over the next few years.
Robert Barmore, President/CEO, said the company is excited about the future and proud to be moving to the next level from the new facility. In the spring of 2011, the company received a New Hampshire Green Launching Pad grant, funding that was crucial to helping the company expand their presence in the marketplace.
"We've focused our efforts on very specific segments of the market," said Barmore, "but ThermaPANEL has a wide range of possible applications. Our research and development efforts will fine tune and expand our product offering over the coming months".
The company said its ThermaPANEL is 100 percent American made, can be completely recycled and can also contribute to LEED certification.
