Aleph Objects Relocates To Larger Loveland, Colorado, Headquarters-Production Facility
10/15/2013
The company said its move will allow Aleph to increase production of its rapid prototyping 3D printers. To get ready for the move, Aleph Objects has been retooling its manufacturing, by designing printers with more laser-cut and injection-molded parts. The firm said while various parts will still be manufactured through different Colorado vendors, 100 percent of final assembly and quality control will take place in the new facility.
"Our new facility, Aleph Mountain, will allow us to scale from hundreds to thousands of units being produced a year," said Jeff Moe, Aleph Objects President. "With the building sitting on nine acres, we even have room to expand our business and continue to grow product lines on this site."
Previously used as the Eldon James injection molding facility, renovation plans for Aleph Mountain includes an overall building refresh with general clean up, exterior painting, new factory floor layout and the addition of a reception space. The expansion reflects the company's explosion in sales this year, including 400 percent growth and the addition of global distribution centers in the UK and Canada.
