Electrolux Creating 225 Jobs in Augusta, Georgia

Electrolux is creating 225 jobs in Augusta, Georgia, when it expands its customer care center there. The company will invest $2.5 million to renovate the facility.

"This new facility will be home to our enhanced and expanded call center and customer care operations," said Greg Bagwell, Electrolux Major Appliances, North America VP, Consumer Services Group Operations. "The Augusta center is a vital part of our ambition to be the premier provider of positive support for customers in the industry."

Electrolux expects to complete the renovations by the fall of 2011 and create the new jobs by the end of 2013.
