Lumber Liquidators Plans Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Headquarters Operations

04/16/2026
Flooring retailer and distributor Lumber Liquidators plans to establish operations in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The $32.4 million project is expected to create 76 jobs in Lawrence County.

The investment will include the relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters and national distribution operations to support improved supply chain efficiency and alignment with its parent company’s existing facility in the region.

“After moving our Cabinets To Go distribution and headquarters to Lawrenceburg in 2016, we found Tennessee to be a great place to operate a growing business,” said Tom Sullivan, Founder and Chairman of Lumber Liquidators. “We are excited to bring our national distribution operations here and continue growing alongside the community.”

Lumber Liquidators sells hardwood flooring and related building materials through a retail network, supporting residential and commercial customers across the U.S.

“Cabinets To Go has been a valued member of our state for nearly a decade, and this decision reflects continued confidence in Tennessee’s business climate,” noted Stuart C. McWhorter, Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD). “This project further strengthens our reputation for a skilled workforce and strong business environment.”

“We are excited to welcome Lumber Liquidators to Lawrence County. Working in partnership with Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association furthers our shared commitment to fostering economic growth in the region. Lumber Liquidators establishment here represents investment and the creation of job opportunities for the communities we serve. TVA is proud to support companies that contribute to the prosperity and vibrancy of our region,” added Heidi Smith, vice president of economic development.
