TeleTech’s New Customer Service Center Bringing 500 New Jobs to Greeley, CO

The facility will feature state-of-the-art technology and business process management capabilities to support a leading global financial services client. It is scheduled to open this March.
TeleTech's group of companies (and 44,000 employees) provide outsourced customer experience strategy, technology and business process solutions to clients in the communications/media, financial services, government, healthcare, technology, transportation and retail industries.
TeleTech selected Greeley as the ideal location for its newest world-class facility due to the area's "high-caliber workforce and...growing economic presence," said TeleTech's Chairman/CEO Ken Tuchman. "TeleTech provides services to its clients' customers in more than 90 countries and our talented team here in Colorado will be integral to the company's global success."
