10/20/2010
"The success of Allen Edmonds Shoe Corporation is a real testament to Wisconsin's dedication to quality, and I am really proud the state is a strong partner in Allen Edmonds' efforts to expand its operations here in Wisconsin," said Governor Jim Doyle.
Allen Edmonds will use the funds to increase production at its Port Washington manufacturing facility. That will include expanding the warehouse, hand sewn, and re-craft lines; upgrading existing equipment; and training new and existing employees on production and distribution systems.
