Imperial Dade Expands Into Atlanta, Georgia, Region

Sikes, based in Atlanta, is a distributor of sanitary products, equipment, and packaging serving the metropolitan Atlanta and North Georgia market areas. The transaction represents the fifteenth acquisition for Imperial Dade.
According to Imperial officials, the acquisition enhances Imperial Dade’s presence in the Southeast and will provide customers of both companies with an expanded product offering and exceptional service.
