Mundo-Tech Expands Rogers, Arkansas, Manufacturing Center
07/12/2019
Mundo serves as a first-tier supplier to numerous globally-recognized aerospace companies, Fortune 500 and space companies. From single-tube assemblies to long-term programs, Mundo-Tech provides world-class products out of its expanding facility.
The expansion is a direct result of Mundo-Tech’s need to meet demand from major contractors. Mundo-Tech will construct a 12,000-square-feet building to include 3,000 square feet of office space and 9,000 square feet of production space, which will double the size of its current 12,000-square-foot facility, according to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. The company currently employs between 40 to 50 people, making the seven immediate hires significant to production.
“Our state’s aerospace and defense sector continues to thrive, thanks in part to suppliers like Mundo-Tech,” said Arkansas Secretary of Commerce Mike Preston. “The strength and dedication of Arkansas’ workforce makes this expansion a natural, and it is gratifying to see small companies like Mundo-Tech continue to invest in our state and our communities.”
