Oregon Crystal Technology Builds $4.35M Facility in Gresham, Oregon

Oregon Crystal Technology is working on a $4.35 million expansion of its solar manufacturing plant in the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal District, Oregon Live reports.

Gresham, Oregon will gain 10 jobs and $67,000 in tax revenue, city economic development adviser Janet Young says.

The company received a $100,000 grant from the Gresham Redevelopment Commission that helped lure it to the city.

Oregon Crystal is considering doubling its work force to 20 people after a year of production.
