Industrial development is on the rise in the Edmonton, Alberta Region, with the City of St. Albert seeing remarkable growth in distribution and warehousing as a result, evidenced by the growth seen year over year. With a record number of industrial projects under way in the region, it has increased the demand for strategically located industrial space with optimal logistical access.
