DuPont Expanding Ohio Solar Panel Plant

Wilmington, Del.-based DuPont plans to use the expansion for its next line of films used on certain solar panels. Production is scheduled to start in fall 2011. According to Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, DuPont declined expansion two years ago due to concerns over the cost and reliability of electric service. He says a state energy plan is addressing those issues.
