HGS EBOS provides customized solutions in the areas of Patient Access, Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services for market leading providers in the United States Healthcare industry. These solutions include financial clearance, medical coding and insurance claim resolution which are designed to improve net revenue, reduce bad debt and accelerate cash collections for clients.
The business has over 400 employees who deliver services for EBOS clients from the Princeton facility, and centers in India and Philippines. With the Princeton center, HGS has now increased its presence in the US to 10 locations, employing over 2,200 employees.
