To establish operations in Charleston County, Mid-States Packaging will be locating its manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations on a two-building, multi-tenant site.
As an incentive, the Coordinating Council for Economic Development has approved job development credits related to the project.
“Mid-States Packaging is so excited to be opening up in North Charleston, South Carolina. We know this fantastic location is a perfect fit for our growing company,” Mid-States Packaging Co-Owner Tracy Giroux-Harpin said.
“The decision by Mid-States Packaging to call South Carolina home is further proof that our state’s distribution and logistics sector continues to shine. I applaud this great company for establishing operations in the Palmetto State and look forward to the impact they will have on Charleston County,” Secretary of Commerce Bobby Hitt said.
