11/02/2018
"We are delighted to announce the opening of our Bethlehem Technology Center," said Robert N. Husted, Principal at MIAC. "With its many outstanding colleges and universities, and its engineering and technology heritage, the Lehigh Valley was a natural choice for the BTC. Designed from the ground up with DevOps best practices in mind, the Center will be a key contributor to the latest MIAC Analytics™ applications and services."
"The Bethlehem area is a natural fit for MIAC. Our new Bethlehem Technology Center was a natural growth avenue for us and will allow us to leverage the strong level of professional workforce that is in the Bethlehem and Lehigh Valley area," said Joseph Furlong, Managing Director, Due Diligence and Borrower Analytics at MIAC.
The firm is headquartered on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. MIAC recently relocated its North Carolina office to a larger space in the Toringdon Office Park in Charlotte, to accommodate the growth of its MSR Valuation and Web Development teams. MIAC's international offices are located in London and Bengaluru, India.
