Hughes Airport Center Purchased for $92 Million in Las Vegas, Nevada

Hughes Airport Center, a 13-building multi-tenant industrial complex strategically located in the industrial corridor between McCarran International Airport, Interstate 15 and Interstate 215, has been purchased in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CIT Group Inc., a leading provider of commercial lending and leasing services, reported its Real Estate Finance business provided a $92 million senior secured credit facility to bkm Capital Partners, an investment firm specializing in commercial and industrial real estate, to support its fifth acquisition in Las Vegas, Nevada.
