Construction Partners Plans Dothan, Alabama, Headquarters Operations

03/25/2026
Civil infrastructure company Construction Partners, Inc. plans to establish operations in Dothan, Alabama. The $20 million project is expected to create more than 60 jobs.

The investment will include the construction of a new corporate headquarters that will consolidate executive leadership, administrative functions and advanced technology operations.

“For nearly 25 years, Dothan has been the home of Construction Partners,” said Construction Partners Executive Chairman Ned N. Fleming, III. “This new investment reaffirms our long-term commitment to the city that has always been our home.”

Construction Partners, Inc. (CPI) provides civil construction and paving services. The company focuses on the construction and maintenance of roadways, highways, bridges, and other public infrastructure projects.

“This project exemplifies the kind of innovation-driven growth that positions Alabama as a leader in infrastructure and technology,” noted Alabama Secretary of Commerce Ellen McNair. “When a company reaches the national stage and chooses to invest in the community that helped build them, that’s a testament to Alabama’s competitive advantages.”
