The company plans to add more than 100 new jobs to its existing staff of 30, for a projected total of 140 employees by 2012. KOAA-TV reports on its website that Richard Hoover, The Water Company's president and CEO, plans to hire laborers, scientists, and engineers with salaries ranging between $50,000 and $90,000 per year. The company's technology removes impurities like lead, mercury, and other metals from water; the company has been in existence for six years but is taking its technology to commercial markets for the first time.
